Registration
Contestants are required to complete the following form:

Location
Kalayaan Cultural Community Centre
3-5225 Orbitor Drive, Mississauga, ON
- ALL contestants should be at KCCC exactly 30 minutes before their call time to coordinate with the program and fully prepare before they perform.
- Backline equipment (drum set, amplifiers, mic) will be provided/setup by PhilFest organizers
- Bands can be onsite at the KCCC Hall while the other bands are playing and respect one another. any form of violence will not be tolerated and will result in the band’s disqualifications.
- Use of any form of drugs, cannabis and alcohol is prohibited during the performance and inside the hall.
- Each band will perform 3 songs or a maximum of 15 min of time on stage including at least 1 Original Pilipino Music with a rock genre. This does not include setup time of 5 minutes
- Make your whole set into 1 single show.

Saturday, July 15th 2023, 9:00PM to 10:30pm

Mississauga Celebration Square Main Stage
300 City Centre Dr, Mississauga, ON
- ALL 3 finalists can do a sound check starting at 11AM
- Backline equipment (drum set and amplifiers) will be provided by PhilFest organizers
- All technical requirements will be provided by the City’s technical staff.
- ALL finalists should be at the Amphitheatre exactly 30 minutes before their call time to coordinate with the program and fully prepare before they perform.
- Each band will perform 3 songs or a maximum of 15 min of time on stage including at least 1 Original Pilipino Music with a rock genre. This does not include setup time of 5 minutes.
- Bands can be onsite at the amphitheater while the other bands are playing and respect one another. Any form of violence or heckling will not be tolerated and will result in the band’s disqualifications.
- Use of any form of drugs, cannabis and alcohol is prohibited during the performance and while inside the Celebration Square
- All participants must agree and sign the City’s Code of Conduct form.
Winners (Champion, Ist Place and 2nd Place) will be selected at Celebration Square.
*Top 3 bands must agree to perform at the Main Stage in Celebration Square later in the evening of July 15th, Saturday (approximately 9pm) for a maximum of 20 minutes.
